ARTWORK SIGNOFF
Once you’ve had your brief brought to life by our designers, please ensure you have proofed, or had proofed by your own teams, the artwork. It is your responsibility to check for any errors in information, imagery or typos. Please note all amends on email to the designer assigned to your school; they will amend accordingly and supply a final proof. Once artwork is signed off (on email), the wraps will go into production and cannot be amended. If any errors are spotted after install, we cannot be held liable for reprint and revisit costs. PLEASE TRIPLE CHECK ALL ARTWORK.

REMOVE
If, at survey, we noted items that need removing, please arrange for this work to be completed prior to our team arriving. Electrical items will need to be dealt with by your own electrical team in advance, as will any plumbing. We cannot carry out any electrical or plumbing work and will have to stop an install if these have not been removed safely and adequately beforehand.

MAKE GOOD
After removing items, please make good all areas before install (unless it’s still adequate). If the paint surface is flaky, dusty or rough, it will need chipping off, filling and sanding to be as smooth as possible, along with an application ‘Zinsser Peel Stop’ primer/sealer – or a single coat of basic trade satin emulsion. It’s important the emulsion is standard and NOT kitchen/bathroom or wipe-able, as the ingredients in the paint can react with the wrap’s adhesion. All this needs
completing at least TWO WEEKS prior to install to allow the paint to ‘gass-off’. This then allows for the wraps to adhere as best as possible. We also ask that areas immediately around the wall are dusted and cleaned (such as skirting, coving and corners etc as the wraps do not like dust or cobwebs!). Finally, please don’t use silicon along any edges that the wraps may be going over.

DAMP
If any areas are damaged by damp, or if an area has previously been treated with a damppreventative paint, this must be sanded back and the above steps taken. Please ensure the root cause of the damp is also addressed prior to installation preventing future failure of the wraps.

FURNITURE
Items such as bookcases or shelving must be removed prior to installation. These can then be refitted by yourselves after the wraps are installed. We also ask that handrails are removed where possible from stairwells and corridors.

SNAGS
After the wraps are installed, the installers will ask you to check over the work and make sure you are happy. On the rare occasion that there is a problem, we will do everything we can to rectify the issue – after all we want you to be 100% happy with your new artwork! However, problems due to the above steps not being followed will be subject to additional printing and revisiting costs.
